General Rule
Prices, deposits, refund deadlines, cancellation terms, and deliverables are stated on the applicable offer page, invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written agreement.
If no payment-specific terms are visible or provided in writing, do not submit payment until the terms are clarified.
Deposits, Project Fees, And Completed Work
Deposits, discovery fees, audit fees, setup fees, and project payments may become nonrefundable once work begins, time is reserved, third-party costs are incurred, or deliverables are provided.
Completed work is generally not refundable unless required by law or stated in a written agreement.
Third-Party Costs
Hosting, software, payment processor fees, legal review, paid media, press-release distribution, accessibility tooling, contractors, or other third-party costs may be nonrefundable once incurred.
Rescheduling Or Cancellation
If a project needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, contact Talty Literary Solutions as soon as possible. Any refund, credit, pause, or revised timeline depends on the written scope, the work already performed, third-party costs incurred, and the project stage.
If Talty Literary Solutions cancels before work begins, the client receives a refund of the amount paid. If Talty Literary Solutions cancels after partial performance, the client receives the completed work and a refund of the unearned portion, unless the client chooses a documented credit, pause, or revised timeline instead.
