What an accessibility snapshot should answer.

An accessibility snapshot is a focused review of priority issues, not a blanket compliance claim. It should help a team understand what to fix first and whether a deeper audit is needed.

Useful Scope Questions

  • Which pages, templates, documents, or flows are included?
  • Is the goal pre-launch review, triage, remediation planning, procurement support, or ongoing monitoring?
  • What evidence is needed: screenshots, findings matrix, report, CSV, JSON, dashboard, or executive summary?
  • Who will repair issues after the review?
  • Are forms, videos, PDFs, checkout flows, or course materials included?

Good Deliverables

  • Plain-language summary.
  • Findings by severity and location.
  • Recommended repair priority.
  • Evidence screenshots when available.
  • Clear note about what was not tested.

Boundary: automated tools can help identify issues, but they do not certify legal compliance by themselves.
