The public website is currently inquiry-first. General contact forms do not create a checkout, deposit, subscription, client portal, or payment obligation.
Services, Audits, And Project Work
Deposits, discovery fees, audit fees, setup fees, consulting fees, and project payments may become nonrefundable once work begins, time is reserved, third-party costs are incurred, or deliverables are provided. Completed work is generally not refundable unless required by law or stated in a written agreement.
Accessibility audits, remediation plans, documentation systems, website work, workflow builds, software operations, and advisory services are not physical goods and are not handled as product returns.
Third-Party Costs
Hosting, software, payment processor fees, legal review, paid media, press-release distribution, accessibility tooling, contractors, or other third-party costs may be nonrefundable once incurred.
Rescheduling Or Cancellation
If a project needs to be rescheduled, paused, or cancelled, contact Talty Literary Solutions as soon as possible. Any refund, credit, pause, revised timeline, or cancellation result depends on the written scope, work already performed, third-party costs incurred, and project stage.
If Talty Literary Solutions Cancels
If Talty Literary Solutions cancels a paid service before work begins, we may offer a refund, credit, transfer, or revised schedule depending on the situation and the applicable written terms.
