What the site describes
Talty Literary Solutions describes four areas of work: websites and accessibility; custom apps and tools; connected software; and documents and records.
A description or fictional demonstration shows a possible approach. It is not a claim of client work, production use, certification, guaranteed outcome, or an available fixed package.
Accessibility and professional advice
Talty Literary Solutions may provide an automated accessibility baseline, technical accessibility audit support, repair documentation, or other work expressly defined in a written scope. It does not guarantee WCAG, Title II, or legal compliance and does not provide legal advice.
No website statement should be treated as legal-document interpretation, an automatic deadline calculation, a certification, or a substitute for qualified counsel.
Terms for paid work
Any paid engagement must separately identify scope, custom code and third-party infrastructure, client and TLS accounts, ownership, licenses, recurring and usage-based costs, data location, access, backup, deletion, export, support, acceptance, and portability at the end of the work.
If checkout or registration is later added, it must require an affirmative agreement to the applicable terms. A footer link alone will not serve as the service contract.
