No heat? We book you in the next open slot — not “sometime next week.”

Pick the problem, pick a time, and see the price before anyone comes out. Heat pump installs include a sample rebate estimate.

Why the booking is real

  • Live capacity. Slots disappear as the day fills. Emergencies jump the queue and push routine work.
  • Zone pricing. The travel charge is calculated from your town, not guessed.
  • No phone tag. The job is dispatched the second it is booked — see for yourself.

Book a service call

Four steps. You see the price before you confirm, and nothing is transmitted or stored.

  2. 2 Town
  3. 3 Time
  4. 4 Price
What is going on?
Where are you?

    When works?

Your price, before anyone comes out

These fields are locked on purpose. This is a filled-out sample of what a real booking would collect — so you can see the information a dispatcher needs without typing anything of your own. Read it over and press Confirm.

Who the crew asks for at the door.

Where the truck goes. Your town is already set from step 2.

Where the “technician is on the way” text would go.

Optional, but it is the field that saves a phone call. The technician reads this before arriving and can bring the right part.

This demonstration does not transmit or store anything.

    Booking confirmed

    You’re on the board

    1. Your job is dispatched immediately — no callback queue.
    2. A technician is assigned by the dispatcher and you get their name.
    3. You are texted when they are on the way.

What we fix, and what it costs

Sample pricing. Travel is added by zone; emergencies add a same-day charge. Nothing here is a real quote.

Every price shown in the booking flow is built from this table plus your town and your chosen day — there is no separate hidden price list.

Where we go, and what travel costs

Our sample radius is about 15 miles from Bangor. Type any town in the booking flow and it is checked against this list.

A town outside these zones is refused in the booking flow rather than quietly accepted and cancelled later.

Customer side selects the work, town, time, and price. Owner + crew side receives that same job here for assignment and status tracking. Run the customer booking first
