A fictional community records desk
Bring us the paperwork you can’t make sense of.
A denial letter. A lease. A bill you don’t recognise. We read it, pull out the dates and dollar figures that matter, tell you what the deadline is, and route it to whoever handles that kind of thing.
It reads the document
Dates, amounts, reference numbers, agency names, and any deadline language get pulled out and labelled. No guessing, no summarising — it finds what is literally written there.
It says what happens next
Every document type maps to one plain next step and one responsible desk. Nobody is left holding a letter and a question.
It never leaves your machine
The reading happens in your browser. There is no upload, no server call, no copy kept. The counter above is the proof.
Read a document
Pick one of the sample documents. It will be read in front of you, in your browser, with nothing sent anywhere.
Please don’t paste a real document. The text box below is locked and pre-filled with invented samples. Nothing here is transmitted or stored, but there is no reason to put anything real into a demonstration.
Sample document
Press Read it and watch the fields appear. Nothing has been read yet.
What happens to it
Five document types, five destinations. The routing is a table, not a judgement call — so it is the same every time and anyone can check it.
Nothing here uses a model or makes a prediction. The reader looks for patterns that are literally present in the text — dates, dollar amounts, reference numbers, known phrases — and matches them against the table above.
Where your document goes
Nowhere. Here is how you can tell, without taking our word for it.
—
requests to any other website since this page loaded
—
files this page loaded in total, all from this site
—
items this demonstration wrote to browser storage
Check it yourself
- Open your browser’s developer tools and select the Network tab.
- Reload this page and read a document.
- Count the requests. You will see this page, its stylesheet, and its script. Nothing else, and nothing outbound.
The counters above read the same performance log your developer tools read. They are a measurement of what happened, not a claim about what we intend.
Said plainly
There is no upload. There is no server that receives your document. There is no account, no cookie set by this demonstration, no analytics, no third-party script, and no copy retained anywhere. When you close this tab, everything you did here is gone.
A production version of this system would be built the same way, or installed on hardware the organisation controls. That is a decision made at the start, and it is the reason this page can make the counter above the centre of its argument.
